Mark R. Faro

Mark R. Faro has been a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey since 2009. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009 and received his B.A. degree from Seton Hall in 1999.  Prior to becoming an attorney, he spent multiple years as a reporter and editor covering finance in New York.  Using the aggressive skills and work ethic he learned from his hard-hitting journalist days in Manhattan, Mark represents accident victims throughout Northern New Jersey in personal injury matters. He also seeks justice for those who have been wronged by professional malpractice.

A life-long resident of New Jersey, Mark also has represented numerous landlords and tenants in New Jersey’s Landlord-Tenant courts.

Mark’s practice further includes representing condominium, co-op and homeowners’ associations.  This consists of collections, foreclosures, liens, Chancery litigation and other related matters.

He is a member of the New Jersey and Passaic County Bar Associations. Mark has lectured to other attorneys seeking Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.

Besides being a tireless legal advocate for his clients, in his spare time outside of the courtroom Mark’s passions include his family, fishing and watching New York sports.

Nicholas A. Schillaci, III., has been a licensed attorney in the State of New Jersey since 1997. He graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in 1997 and received his B.S. degree from Rutgers University in 1994.  His practice includes representing buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.  He further has a wide array of expertise for complex transactions and routinely represents professional real estate investors.

Gina focuses her practice on business law, healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.  She is a nationally respected regulatory compliance specialist who dedicates herself to educating professionals nationwide on issues of business transactions and regulatory compliance. Gina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2012 and earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law in 2005.  She is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
